Prior to joining Resolution, Phill was a partner at Generation Investment Management where he spent eighteen years building out Generation’s operating platform across both public and private market investment strategies.
As Head of Control Phill was responsible for Operations, Middle Office, Investment Compliance and Client Servicing. During his time at Generation Phill served as a member of the firm’s Operating Committee which was responsible for the day to day running of the firm and was a trustee for the Generation Foundation.
Prior to his time at Generation Phill spent six years at Goldman Sachs Asset Management where he covered various operational roles, including managing the account implementation and transition process for operations.
Phill has a BA (Hons) from Leicester University in Geography.
